Hand-Stitching Kit (5mm Chisels)

This hand-stitching kit is great for light-weight projects (e.g. card wallet, passport case, toiletry bag, etc.).  If you’re attempting to make a knife sheath, stay tuned as we build a kit which includes an awl, and is more suited to thicker leather. This kit includes the largest sized chisels that we stock (and they’re great for a total beginner).

Kit includes:
– Stitch chisel set (1, 2, 4, and 6, prong, 5mm)
– Size 1 harness needles (pack of 5)
– 0.6 oz. beeswax bud
– 10 yards of .035 polyester hand-stitching thread (colour selection below, click each to see thread colour)

Notes
– Flat rate shipping ($15 across Canada) applies to the first kit in your cart only (shipping increases the more kits you wish to purchase).
– Kits do not come with any leather – if you don’t have leather (and need some for your project), just send us an email with your address, what you’d like to order (the hand-stitching kit and amount of leather) and we can get you a quote for the kit and leather (because shipping will differ from this flat rate package).
