Purchase and Return Policy

Please note that orders only ship on weekdays that we’re open.  If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, your order will not ship until Tuesday.

We’re happy to help you with your return. Please read the following before initiating your return:

  • We offer returns for exchange only
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase invoice
  • Items must be new with tags on (and in original packaging if applicable) with no visible signs of use or wear
  • If an item is returned used/damaged it will be subject to a re-stocking fee based on the amount of wear (decided on a per item basis)
  • All products marked final sale are ineligible for return
  • All custom ordered work is final sale
  • All cut leather is final sale
  • All return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer
  • Please use our contact form to initiate your return – include your name, invoice date, invoice number, and items being returned
