Shipping Information
Orders are shipped on weekdays when our store is open. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, it will be processed and shipped on the following Tuesday.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Returns & Exchanges:
- Unused/new-condition items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to a debit or credit card only, no cash.
- No returns will be accepted without a receipt.
- Final Sale Items:
- Cut leather is all final sale.
- Custom-ordered work is final sale. Any concerns regarding craftsmanship (hardware, stitching, zippers, etc.) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Items marked “Final Sale” are ineligible for return, or any items where “Final Sale” is marked on your receipt.
- Condition of Returns:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached (and in undamaged original packaging if applicable).
- Items that show signs of use or wear (or damaged packaging) may be subject to a restocking fee, determined based on the extent of wear or damage.
- Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
