Pet Collar and Leash

Description:
In this 1.5-2 hour class, you’ll learn how to craft a custom leather collar and leash for your pet! Our instructor will guide you through:

• Cutting leather straps to size
• Beveling, dyeing, and finishing edges for a polished look
•  Attaching hardware for durability and style

By the end of class, you’ll leave with a handmade collar and leash that’s built to last!

IMPORTANT:
To ensure we complete the project within the class time, all collars and leashes will follow the same style:
✔ Collar: ¾” or 1” wide with a center bar buckle and D-ring for leash attachment, attached with rivets
✔ Leash: ¾” or 1” wide, secured with rivets

Before class: Please measure your dog’s neck using a measuring tape, ensuring a snug fit where they’ll wear the collar, and bring this measurement with you!
